Onecklace Club – Terms & Conditions

The Onecklace Club is a customer loyalty initiative offered by Onecklace. By participating in the Program, you agree to be bound by the following terms and conditions.

1. Earning Points

Customers may earn Club Points through the following actions:

• Account Registration: Upon successful registration to the Onecklace Club, new members will receive 100 points.
• Birthday Reward: Members who have provided a valid birthdate in their account profile will receive 50 points on their birthday. Birthday points are granted once annually and only to active members who joined prior to their birthday.
• Referral Program:
  • The referring member will receive 50 points.
  • The referred friend will also receive 50 points upon joining the Club.
  • Only one friend invitation is permitted per order.
  • Referrals must not have an existing Onecklace Club account.
• Purchases:
  Points are awarded on the net product value of each completed order, excluding:
  • Shipping fees
  • Taxes
  • Any discounts applied to the order total
  Points will be credited to the user’s account once payment is confirmed.

Viewing Your Point Balance: Members can view their current point balance by logging into their account and visiting the “Onecklace Club” section.

2. Redeeming Points

• Points may be redeemed at a conversion rate of 10 points = $1 USD.
• A minimum of 50 points is required to initiate redemption.
• Upon redemption, members will receive a unique coupon code which can be applied at checkout. This code may be used on the current order or on a future order.
• Coupon codes cannot be combined with other promotional codes unless explicitly permitted.

3. Points Expiration

• Club Points remain valid for 12 months from the date of the customer’s most recent completed order.
• If no order is placed within a 12-month period, all accumulated points will automatically expire and be removed from the account.

4. Returns, Refunds, and Cancellations

• In the event of a return, refund, or cancellation, any points earned from the respective order will be deducted from the member’s point balance.
• If a redeemed coupon code was used on an order that is later refunded, the corresponding points will not be reissued unless otherwise determined by Onecklace.

5. Point Validity and Limitations

• Points are non-transferable, have no monetary value outside of the Program, and may not be exchanged for cash.
• Points may not be earned or redeemed on taxes, shipping charges, or the purchase of gift cards (unless specified).
• The use of multiple customer accounts to earn additional rewards is strictly prohibited.

6. Fraud and Abuse

Onecklace reserves the right to:

• Suspend or terminate any customer account found to be engaging in fraudulent or abusive behavior, including (but not limited to) falsified referrals, duplicate accounts, or incorrect birthdate information.
• Cancel or adjust point balances as necessary to preserve the integrity of the Program.

7. Program Changes and Termination

Onecklace may, at its sole discretion, modify, suspend, or terminate the Club Points Program at any time without prior notice. In the event of termination, any unused points will be forfeited.

8. Availability & Currency

The Club Points Program is currently available only to customers using the US version of the Onecklace website - onecklace.com, and all point redemptions are calculated and issued in U.S. Dollars (USD).

Customers who shop on localized sites may not be eligible to earn or redeem points at this time.
