Each cutout heart has a real diamond set on top, to represents a mother's eternal love and the everlasting connection between her and her children. The set also consists of the cut out hearts as pendants for the kids' necklaces, with their respective initials engraved on them. The set will consist one mother necklace and small heart necklaces, one for each child.

The entire set of necklaces is made of top quality sterling silver 0.925 and 0.02 carat diamonds.
