I would give 10 out of 10. The bracelet I bought was too big for my son’s wrist, so I emailed customer service. I received a response very quickly, and the company is making a new, smaller bracelet at no charge. Truly the best service!

Ordering was easy, living in New Zealand is along way from the USA, but my order reached me before it was scheduled to, while I could follow it on track and trace. I got this ring as a gift for my mom’s birthday, she loves it so much

Purchased this for my wife for her birthday, did not know it was coming from Israel, paid the extra for delivery and it came on time. My wife loves it and the fact it came from Israel impressed her as she has never had any gift from a different country before and certainly not from such a historic country.

I received the choker necklace a few days before it was scheduled to arrive, which I was pleased with. As for the choker, excellent quality with the craftsmanship. The engraving was perfect and the woman I gave it to absolutely loved it. She said she would never take it.

I have this design in gold. It is nice and suitable for stacking, so I ordered the silver one. It is also nice. I love it. It would be even better if the number of nameplates could be increased to two or three.
