I received my necklace when expected. Then, I put it on and realized the 14in chain I had chosen was too short. I wrote customer service explaining the situation. The nicely offered to replace the chain at a very reasonable price and were able to expedite shipping. I absolutely love the charm. Its beautiful and exactly what I wanted. I will definitely be a customer again and will reccomend to friends.

I Was skeptical at first about ordering a necklace online but when I received my order the necklace was a lot nicer than I imagined. Gave this to my fiancé as an anniversary and she absolutely loved it. I would definitely purchase another item from here again!

I ordered the Hebrew name necklace, and it came out beautiful. The name plate is not foo thin like some. I picked the box chain and spent a few more dollars on the lobster claw which was a great deal. Shipping was timely. I would not hesitate to order from them again.
