I love it, I wasn’t sure at first but when I got it I was in love I never take it off

I ordered 2 name plates and they both exceeded my expectations! The arrival time was fast for them being custom made and customer service was great on getting my tracking number to me as I didn't get it originally. I love my necklace and would definitely order again.

Received a name plate. I was very happy with it. The girl who received it felt it wasn’t “perfect”. I wrote the company and they happily replaced it with another one that really was perfect. For a few dollars more i also got it a little thicker. Great customer service. Great product. Great prices. Fast service.

I love the necklace but when I got it the necklace was in a big knot and it took me almost an hour to completely untangle it

I bought the white gold necklace for my daughter’s 13th birthday with her name and I bought the sterling silver letter necklace for my husband’s birthday and I absolutely love them both! My daughter has a unique spelling to her name and has never been able to have anything with her name on it so I thought that this would be the perfect special gift for her big 13 and it is perfect!
