Ordered this necklace for my daughter's birthday. I was very happy when it arrived. Good quality, fast shipment! Can't wait to give it to her.

I ordered from this website because of the Youtuber HeyClaire- Claire Marshall-on the 4th and it arrived on the 13th of October. I ordered a solid 14k yellow gold for myself and a 24k gold plated necklace for my sister. They are both equally beautiful! The only constructive criticism I have to offer is for better packaging for the 14k solid gold orders. The 24k gold came in a neat pouch, on a piece of cardboard, and the chain was not tangled at all. The 14k solid gold necklace was in a box and the chain was super knotted up when I opened it. I had to carefully sit under a light to untangle it for at least half an hour. I was very gentle with it, because I was terrified of breaking the chain. I look forward to wearing it out and only time will tell how durable this company's products are. I will update my review or post a new one a few months from now, if something negative happens before then, I will also check back in. I love these necklaces so far!

Done nicely. Could have been a little thicker pendant and necklace. Didnt sent confirmation email right away which was scary but they did send it. overall though I would order from them again.
