When I was making the purchase I was scared I would be disappointed in the quality. I taught it would be very cheap and would last a few days. That however was not the case because it turned out so pretty and also of good quality! When my mom first saw it, she taught I had gotten it for way more than the actual price. I definitely would recommend this product if you are thinking of buying it.

I purchased two of the Sterling Silver Swarovski Alegro Name Necklace's for my twins who turned 13 today and they were super happy with their gift. The workmanship is incredible and the price is well under the value. I am going to order my other daughter and myself one as well. This is truly a beautiful piece and I am very lucky I stumbled onto this website.

I was so excited to wear this necklace when I first got it but slowly it starts to fade away and as expected it got broke into two pieces. I wasn't sure whether to contact them or not but I did anyway and to my surprise they fixed it immediately. They assure me that they will send me best quality/durable necklace in free of charge. I'm eagerly waiting for the delivery. Thank you for getting back to me without any hesitation.

I have purchased a few name necklaces over the years and have loved them. I have learned that it is best to get the 14k gold and double thickness, as I wear my necklaces out. I am hoping, this will make my necklace last and maintain its luster. Customer service was also great as I have purchased the most recent necklace with a coupon. The discount was also taken from the thickness cost.

The monogram necklace is absolutely gorgeous! It's very lightweight but durable. I think the letters in the circle makes it look more luxurious.

I loved this necklace! It shipped really quickly and I was so exited for it to arrive! I wore it almost every day.. for less than a month and it turned black on me! I am so disappointed. I really shopped around to find a great product with a sturdy box chain, and I cannot believe this turned black so quickly. I will say the company has great customer service, the return was easy, and they were willing to work with us to get a solid gold one to me. Ouch on the cost though... I own many .925 silver pieces and have never had a problem like this before. TL;DR Top rate service, product needs some work.

I bought this necklace with high expectation but it was very disappointing. It is so thin and fragile and easily tangled to anything. Colour also faded away very quickly and as expected it is into two pieces now because of the quality. So unhappy and sad :(

I ordered this product in May along with another necklace but they were lost in the mail. I contacted the customer service and emailed back and forth with Elisheva and realized just how excellent this company's customer service is!
