My experience with Onecklace was awesome. Despite hurricane Matthew, as I live in Florida, my item came in a timely manner. I emailed customer service a couple of times and always received a quick response. The associate was very friendly and answered all of my questions. The item came packaged very nicely. Well, I love anything rose gold and was incredibly excited for this necklace, but it has flaws. The name part is so thin and light it stabs you while you sleep and because its so light it doesn't have enough weight to stay in the center of your neck. I will look in the mirror and notice it slid up to my collar bone. I wish it was a thicker piece of metal. It is very light which is good and bad. It is extremely beautiful though and it kills me to say negative things about this necklace. The coloring is almost identical to the picture so don't be worried about that. I have always noticed rose gold can very in color. This is the exception. If you like a light weight necklace, this is perfect for you. And the box chain is fantastic, it doesn't pull on hair or get caught in anything which is rare to find. At least for me since I have long hair.

I simply loved the design, I chose a scripted name necklace with a box chain and the quality was really great. The name plate is sturdy and doesn't bend easily so I don't have to worry about it when I wear it everyday. The collection in the website is simply amazing. I definitely plan to purchase more designs soon. The only thing that I wasn't satisfied with was the additional cost for shipping. Since I'm an international customer, I wish Free Shipping was an option. Otherwise, extremely satisfied with the purchase.
