I ordered this product in May along with another necklace but they were lost in the mail. I contacted the customer service and emailed back and forth with Elisheva and realized just how excellent this company's customer service is! They responded promptly, apologized to me and re-made my order! They even shipped with a new courier! I just want to say thank you to Elisheva and the whole OneNecklace team for their great work! I will definitely buy from them again!

The necklace shipped and delivered fast and I like it, but it is a little smaller than I thought it would be. Overall seems good quality and looks good. I gave it as a gift!

I have very sensitive skin. I bought two gold chains from One Necklace and never had an issue with them. I recently bought a rose gold necklace and it's irritating my skin and causing a rash. This isn't a necklace I can wear for more than four hours, which sucks because the rose gold is truly beautiful.

Other than that I wish the words were larger and easier to read, this necklace is very cute. I got the one in gold and it sparkles and shimmers in the sun.

Shipped quicker than expected and was better quality than expected! Looks wonderful on! The only concern I have is that I was given the wrong chain, but that may have been my fault since I couldn't decide between the two!

I recently purchased this necklace and its not what I expected at all, the name were printed very pale instead of cut out engraving. Really disappointed in this piece.
