I love the necklace. The only problem I had was the loop that is connected to the nameplate came undone, but I was able to fix it rather then send it back.

Dear Sir, I am happy that there is your website to order such a beautiful necklace. However, the necklace I ordered with the name 'Chryso', the edge of the letter 'h' is too sharp and it sometimes hurts me. Moreover, I am quite disappointed with the clasp, as it cannot be closed properly, both ends got stuck with each other and could not get through. Best regards, Annie Cheung

I totally fell in love with this necklace when I first saw it and I ordered one for both myself and my daughter. My daughter couldn't wait for her necklace to arrive. It took a long time but we were both so happy when it finally arrived. My daughter wears her necklace everyday and I'm enjoying wearing mine too. The customer service is so awesome. Even though it took a long time to arrive I received the necklaces, an extra bag, and free gift. I would definitely recommend this necklace to a friend!
