Excellent craftsmanship and very prompt! I had originally visited Israel in 2006 and purchased a custom engraved ring with my two sons names from another company. Now due to arthritis in my fingers it no longer fits me and I can't wear it I ordered a replacement from them and I am very pleased and happy to be wearing it now! Excellent Product and Customer Service I ordered my necklace online and after explaining what I wanted through the online chat I was guided to several options. The necklace was created and shipped very quickly (surprisingly fast given I live in Canada and it came from Israel). I am delighted with the necklace, it is very beautiful, high quality and exactly what I expected based on the information on their website.
