Very delicately engraved

After receiving my order the post customer service support was amazing! Not only didn’t they help make the order right but also resolved an issue that I had quickly by sending a replacement. The quality of the chain and necklace are great but It’s the post sales support what sets a good vendor from another! I would definitely order from them again.

I bought a necklace for my sister who lost her son that had his name on it. She absolutely loved it, unfortunately the birthstone fell out. I emailed customer service, and they were quick to send out a new one. I have to say that they were prompt, and take the quality of their products seriously. I ordered a rose-gold two-names ring for my daughters xmas on 18th December. I wasnt expecting delivery till January but was delighted when it arrived before on 31st December.
