J'ai commandé un premier collier qui ne me plaisait pas car je le trouvé trop grossier et Onecklace m'a permis de leur retourner le produit et de 'en faire livrer un nouveau gracieusement. Le geste a été très apprécié et en plus je suis absolument ravie de la nouvelle création ! Il est exactement comme je le souhaitais ! Le service après vente est réactif et très soucieux de notre ressenti. Je recommande Oneckace !
