Personalized Necklaces

When I purchased the necklace I had too many letters for them to put in braille. My friend, who is blind,, was unable to read the braille. I contacted the company and they immediately set about to make it right. We worked together to shorten the inscription and they promptly sent out a new necklace. My friend LOVES it and is so happy! My dad always tells my mom you are the "Love of my life." So, we had him write it and engraved on the bar necklace. My dad is 82 and my mom just turned 81 and this necklace was her birthday gift.
