Loved the quality of the necklace but it was broken upon delivery and it did not look as advertised on the website

I purchased this necklace for my daughter as a gift for her confirmation. She absolutely loves it. The quality of the necklace is superb. I especially like the engraving option. Well worth the money. I highly recommend this product and this company.
